Know how the day went
Your academy gives you access to Praxadem’s family portal. You see your own children’s day, summaries, lessons and invoices — and nothing about anyone else’s.

Getting access
- There is no public sign-up. Your academy creates your login and shares a single-use activation link with you — over WhatsApp, or by copying the link to you.
- The link works once and expires after 72 hours. You confirm your phone number and choose your own password; the academy never needs to know it.
- After that, you sign in with your phone number and password. Praxadem works in your phone’s browser and can be added to your home screen.
- The portal is available in English, Arabic and French.
The family portal
- Your child’s academic day: their homework and how it is going.
- Tutoring lessons, and the summaries teachers write after them.
- Tutoring packages: lessons used, held for upcoming lessons, and still available.
- Propose homework for your child; the academy confirms it in.
Daily summaries
- Academy staff review and publish a summary of your child’s day, drawn from what was recorded.
- It shows when your child arrived and left, the homework finished, worked on and still to do, and any note from the academy.
- You only ever see published summaries — never drafts.
Invoices and payments
- See issued invoices, payments and receipts for your own children. Drafts and internal notes never appear.
- For a tutoring package, you see the price paid and, separately, what you owe now.
- You pay the academy directly, and it records each payment with a receipt. Praxadem does not take card payments online.
Pickup safety
- The academy keeps a list of the people authorised to collect your child. Only the academy’s owner, admins and coordinators can change it, and its history is kept.
- At check-out, staff record who collected your child. Someone not on the list is recorded as an unlisted collector — never as authorised.
- To change who may collect your child, speak to your academy.
You see only your own children — never another family, a draft or staff-only notes. Praxadem does not send SMS or email notifications; your academy may share a summary with you by hand, for example over WhatsApp.
