Security & Trust
A platform that holds children’s days, families’ details and an academy’s money has to be careful with them. This is what Praxadem does — stated plainly, without badges it has not earned.
Each academy’s data is kept separate in the database
Every academy-owned record carries its academy, and database access rules check it on every read and write. Separation does not depend on the screens getting it right, and an automated check fails if a table is ever left without it.
Access follows the role
Owners, admins, coordinators, teachers and families each have their own permissions, enforced on the server and in the database. Hiding a button is never the security: a request a role is not allowed to make is refused.
No public sign-up
Nobody can create their own account. The academy creates each staff and family login.
Families choose their own password
A family is activated by a single-use link that expires after 72 hours. Only a fingerprint of the link is stored, the parent confirms their own phone number, and then chooses their password — the academy never needs to know it.
History is preserved
Issued invoices, receipts and recorded attendance are not silently edited. Corrections are new records that say who made them, when and why.
Your data is not for sale
Academy, family and child data is not sold.
What we do not claim
Praxadem does not hold security certifications or compliance badges, and does not offer two-factor sign-in for academy users today. If your academy has specific requirements, ask us during a walkthrough.
See it with your own afternoon in mind
We’ll walk you through Praxadem using the Praxadem Demo Academy — a synthetic academy with no real children, families or staff.
