For teachers
Your students, your work, your lessons
Teachers start from three places — My Day, My Students and My Sessions — that show what needs them now, and leave out what they do not need.

- My Students
- My Sessions
My Day
- Your students who are here today.
- Your work, work you could take on, work still going from an earlier day, and work that needs your update.
- Your lessons today, and the lessons that have happened and still need closing.
My Students
- The children you are currently responsible for, with the subjects your responsibility covers — not the whole academy’s roster.
Homework and academic work
- Record progress, the help a child needed, difficulty and completion. Completion records who finished it, and when.
- Unfinished work carries forward as the same task, so nothing is retyped or lost.
- Claim unassigned work in your subjects or for your students.
- Record “No homework today” as a fact, distinct from nobody having checked.
Lessons and My Sessions
- Your tutoring diary in four groups: to close, today, coming up and recently.
- Close a lesson by marking it taught, or by recording that the student did not come.
- Write a lesson summary the family can read, and an internal note that stays with staff.
- Lesson prices and family packages are handled by the academy — they are not part of your screens.
Daily summaries
- What you record becomes part of each child’s daily summary.
- You can see exactly what the summary will say; the front desk reviews it and publishes it to the family.
Teachers do not see family billing, and do not operate check-in or check-out.

We’ll walk you through Praxadem using the Praxadem Demo Academy — a synthetic academy with no real children, families or staff.
