Privacy notice

What this notice covers

This website only. It does not cover the Praxadem academy platform, where each academy keeps its own records.

Browsing the site

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking. It loads no third-party scripts or fonts.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which receives technical information with each request, such as your IP address and browser, in order to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. Cloudflare operates a global network, so this information may be processed outside your country.

When you request a walkthrough

The walkthrough form collects your name, your academy’s name and your email, and, if you choose to give them, a phone or WhatsApp number, your city, what your academy runs and a message.

What you send is stored by the Praxadem platform, in its own database in the European Union, where only Praxadem’s team can read it. We use it only to arrange and follow up your walkthrough. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

To stop the form being misused, the platform also keeps a one-way code made from the connection your request came from, so it can limit how many requests one connection sends. Your IP address itself is not stored with your request. Like the site’s host, the platform’s hosting provider receives technical information such as your IP address with the request.

If you contact us another way, such as by email or WhatsApp, your message passes through that service and we use it in the same way.

Please do not include information about children.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your request

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what you sent: reply to our message, or say so in a new request through the form.

Changes

If the way this site handles information changes, this page changes with it, with a new date at the top.
